A 30% deposit is collected to confirm your booking by bank transfer or credit card. The full balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.

After booking, you will use your online trip page to access preparation materials, including packing lists, visa information, and more details about what to expect during your travels. You will also be asked to provide personal details to finalize logistics and ensure all your needs are met.
