Hiking Preparation
- Practice Hikes: Train on uneven terrain with a loaded backpack to mimic Kilimanjaro’s challenging trails.
- Altitude Training: Whenever possible, hike at higher elevations to help your body adapt to thinner air.
- Stamina Building: Gradually extend the distance and difficulty of your hikes to build endurance for the summit push.
- Gear Familiarity: Train with your boots, backpack, and trekking poles to ensure comfort and prevent blisters.
